A avaliação na perspectiva dos docentes na Escola E. E. I. F. “José Vieira”

This research had as its central axis to observe how educators understand the evaluation in Early Childhood Education. The research sought to develop a study with means and instruments based on social research. The research is exploratory, of a qualitative nature and is based on an empirical research with field activities related to theoretical foundations. The approach of this research will be of the qualitative type through questionnaires thus making a tool that has a set of open questions in order to elucidate the theoretical and practical concepts of the educators to produce the necessary data to reach the proposed objectives of the research project. The study sought to direct an investigative look at the issues of evaluation in early childhood education, as well as the attitude of educators and the results of their assertive practices on child development. Faced with the arguments, it is observed that educators are aware of the importance of evaluation in early childhood education within the teaching-learning process and that they see the deficiencies between the role of school and school evaluation. Therefore, for the evaluation to be carried out in full, it is necessary for the educator to observe and record daily all the activities that the child develops in the classroom, because through these observations the educator generates opportunities where they can hone their skills and become a citizen, critical, reflective and creative.Esta pesquisa teve como eixo central observar como os educadores entendem a avaliação na Educação Infantil. A pesquisa buscou desenvolver um estudo com meios e instrumentos fundamentados na pesquisa social. A pesquisa é do tipo exploratório, de natureza qualitativa e baseia-se em uma pesquisa empírica com atividades de campo A abordagem dessa investigação foi do tipo qualitativo por meio de questionários, uma ferramenta que possui um conjunto de questões abertas com a finalidade de elucidar os conceitos teóricos e práticos dos educadores para produzir os dados necessários para alcançar os objetivos propostos desta pesquisa. O estudo procurou direcionar um olhar investigativo a respeito das questões da avaliação na educação infantil, como também a postura dos educadores e os resultados de suas práticas assertivas sobre o desenvolvimento das crianças. Diante dos argumentos observa-se que os educadores têm conhecimento sobre a importância da avaliação na educação infantil dentro do processo ensino-aprendizagem e que veem as deficiências entre o papel da escola e a avaliação escolar. Portanto, entende-se que para a avaliação ser realizada de maneira plena é necessário que o educador observe e registre diariamente todas as atividades que a criança desenvolve em sala de aula, pois por meio dessas observações o educador gera oportunidades onde elas possam aprimorar suas habilidades e se tornar um cidadão, critico, reflexivo e criativo
